Last week, Dillinger Escape Plan posted a message on their MySpace for their fans to vote for their “Black Bubblegum” video in our Your Vote Counts challenge. Their fans commented in droves, but not in time. While the band registered more votes than The Black Dahlia Murder, many of those votes came in after our 2 p.m. deadline and were ineligible. Hence, Black Dahlia took the crown and earned an encore airing on last weekend’s “Headbangers Ball.” So, without stacking the deck for Dillinger, we’re extending an open invitation to the band’s fans to start voting now.

Of course, Dillinger aren’t the only band in the running. This week, we’ve also got debut videos by Straight Line Stitch (”Black Veil”) and Boris (”Statement”), as well as new clips by Judas Priest, Cryptopsy, Disturbed, Machine Head and Emmure.

Remember, once an artist wins Your Vote Counts, it is no longer eligible for your vote. That means no bringing back The Black Dahlia Murder, Dead Child, Opeth, Shai Hulud or Pelican. Voting runs between now and Wednesday at 2 p.m. Anyone who votes more than once will be disqualified. Comments included with your vote may be published along with your name on Wednesday’s post announcing the winner. Click “more” to your this week’s choices:
