For the third annual After Dark Horrorfest, the film festival isn’t just releasing eight new movies, they’re also issuing two soundtracks, 8 Songs to Die For and 8 Themes to Die For.

After Dark Films’ Horrorfest “8 Films to Die For”, is a one-week national film festival, which runs from January 9 to 15 and, according it its press department, is the biggest in the nation. The tracks on 8 Songs To Die For were inspired by the movies that make up Horrorfest III and aren’t necessarily in the movies themselves. The songs are: Ministry’s “Let’s Go,” Blue October’s “Holler,” Revolting Cocks’ “Keys to the City (Vegas Mix),” Walls of Jericho’s “They Prey,” G Tom Mac’s “Box of Fantasy,” Too Pure to Die’s “Confess,” Bleeding Through’s “Death Anxiety” and The Number Twelve Looks Like You’s “Glory Kingdom.”
The 8 Themes To Die For soundtrack contains songs and scores from the feature films in Horrorfest III: “The Broken,” “Autopsy,” “Dying Breed,” “Butterfly Effect 3,” “From Within,” “Slaughter,” “Voices” and “Perkins’ 14.” The music was composed by Joseph Bishara, io echo, Adam Balazs, Nerida Tyson-Chew, Kelly Barnes, Chung Se-Rin & Kim Joon Seok, Jason Cooper & Oliver Kraus and Konstantinos Christides.
