Soulfly will release a digital EP on February 9. The six-track Blood Fire War Hate Tour EP will feature the Conquer album version of “Blood Fire War Hate” and the following songs recorded live in Poland in 2005: “Prophecy, “Downstroy,” the Frontlines,” “Living Sacrifice” and “Mars.”

Soulfly will launch a European tour on January 28 in Stuttgart, Germany. Dates run through March 27 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Incite, which is fronted by Soulfly frontman Max Cavalera’s stepson Richie, will open all shows. If the kid sometimes sounds a little bit like Max, well, he has an excuse.

Between rehearsals for tour, Max Cavalera announced his favorite albums of 2008.
