We've kinda been waiting for this and at last the time is come. We've got three of last week's video premieres to throw your way for the next installment of "Your Vote Counts." And while we're pretty sure there are enough maggots out there to dust the floor with the competition, we've got a couple of worthy competitors to Slipknot's new video "Sulfur." First, there's Lazarus A.D.'s worthy thrash-fest "Thou Shall Not Fear." Then, we've got the Brit metalcore darling band Bring Me the Horizon and their latest vid "Diamonds Aren't Forever." And finally, there's all the stuff that premiered in prior weeks, like Oceano's "District of Misery." Click "more" to see all your choices for this week. Remember, recent winners are ineligible, so only select from out list. Also, one vote per IP address. Voting runs through Wednesday at 3 p.m. Here are your choices. Read more...

Right now, we're about eight miles high. No, we're not mixing V8, meth and acid anymore (we quit that last week, and damn have we been vitamin deficient). We're actually in a plane on our way to Los Angeles to attend the Epiphone Revolver Golden Gods Awards, which take place tomorrow night. While we're there we'll be catching up with the metal elite -- Megadeth, Killswitch Engage, Suicide Silence, Hatebreed, All That Remains, Slipknot, Machine Head, Devildriver, etc... -- and in the days ahead we hope to have all sorts of exclusive content to post, including interviews, behind-the-scenes reports a review of the performers and a breakdown of who won what at the awards ceremony.

Until then, take a moment to catch up on some of the highlights you might have missed last week. The two main guys from Seventh Void (Type O Negative guitarist Kenney Hickey and drummer Johnny Kelly) stepped in front of the camera for an exclusive video interview (catch part 1 and Part 2). Next Tuesday, Chicago modern deathcore band Oceano will release its debut album, Depths, a festering carcass of speed and volume splattered with trails of eerie keyboard and guitar melody. Til then, click more to watch their debut video for "District of Misery."
